Any implication on a business impacts the regular operational flow of a business. For James, water damage almost completely wiped out his business.

James, is the owner of a small, local shop for office supplies. He went to work to open up the shop, nothing was out of the ordinary. As he made his way to the back he noticed the carpet in shop started to become damper. James headed straight to the storage room where he keeps inventory, when he opened up the door, water leaking through the walls and ceiling and all his inventory was destroyed. Apparently, a faulty water pipe was located in the storage room  and had water leakage issues in the past but James simply ignored it because the cost to repair it wasn't in his budget at the time. Over time, he forgot to have it inspected and repaired, finally, the pipe burst.

He called the SERVPRO of Glendora/ San Dimas to help restore his storage room to an even better condition than it was before the disaster.

James finally got his business up and running again but he now knows even if there is a small leakage, action is needed; he now knows who to call.
