Beautiful Southern California weather is back again! The beautiful foothills of the San Gabriel Valley are green and the California Poppies are blooming! Getting out of town soon? Make sure you are prepared! 

Leaving Town: 

It is always a good idea to reach out to a family member, friend, or neighbor that you trust to let them know you will be leaving. They can help keep an eye out on your house: mail, pets, and most importantly: water damage. A broken pipe or leaky water heater does not care if you are vacationing in Cabo.
