At SERVPRO Glendora/San Dimas, we certified by The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification IICRC sets the standards for the cleaning and restoration industries. Our employees study these standards in water restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation. As professionals, we strive to hit all of The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications best practices. 

We Have the Training

Every SERVPRO franchise receives a fifteen-day initial training course. New franchise owners are taught in great detail about water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and other valuable cleaning practices. Afterward, franchise owners and employees have a plethora of online training classes, courses, and webinars. There are videos available to learn from, and even tests to check your knowledge. It is a priority for franchise owners to keep their knowledge in fire and water restoration and mold remediation up to speed with overall industry standards.
