Toilet leak leads to water damage in Los Angeles Home

This Los Angeles home had some major water damage affecting the interior floor and the crawlspace beneath the house from a toilet flange leak.  

The interior flooring had to be removed through out a majority of the house because the moisture continued to spread.

When our technicians finally got to the job site, they immediately got to work. They assessed the home for water damage to see what areas were affected.

They set up a plan and drying goals before they get started to know exactly what to do before starting the restoration process, that way the owner and or adjuster know exactly what is going to be done before it begins.

The areas were dried effectively and the home owner was happy that we were able to help and get the job done efficiently.
