Commercial Duct Cleaning

Looking at the before and after pictures, it is easy to identify the accumulation of debris and dust on the inside of the AC ducting in this commercial building.  Some ducts are made from Rigid Galvanized sheet metal and some are spiral flexible ducts.  The cleaning process for this project included HEPA Vacuum and agitation removal of the debris buildup starting at the Air Handlers and moving through the system all the way to the Supply and Return Registers.  The final step in the process is the application of an airosol type fogger using a Sanitizer composed of an antimicrobial product and deodorizer.  Before and After Photo Documentation of the Handlers and ductwork is provided along with a Certification of the cleaning process, warranting the service for one year.
