Beach House Mold in Manhattan Beach

Manhattan Beach resident contacted SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas to assist in mold remediation to his custom beach home.  A leaking angle stop went unnoticed for several weeks causing mold damage to a custom vanity and drywall behind. To prevent cross contamination, a containment barrier was installed between the affected and unaffected areas. The removal was performed under negative air to ensure all air borne mold spores were trapped and removed. Once all infected materials were properly removed and the remaining structural materials were sanitized, a clearance test was performed by a 3^rd party hygienist. Clearance was achieved and our new Manhattan Beach friend can sleep well knowing his bathroom is free of elevated mold presence.
