Water Leak from bathroom in San Dimas Home

The customer said they noticed what looked like to be water inside the wall of their bathroom. 

SERVPRO of Glendora / San Dimas was able to be on site to assess the possible damage in order to give an appropriate estimate to the customer. 

Once approved we were able to start the restoration process. After using special equipment to locate the source of the moisture, our technicians started to open the wall where the water damage started to occur in order stop it from spreading.

The toilet had to be removed in order to remove the dry wall so that our dehumidifiers can more effectively remove the moisture from that part of the wall.

The drying process went smoothly and all moisture was removed successfully, the customer was very happy with our services.
