Clogged & Overflowing Disaster
Nothing is worse than too much toilet paper clogging not only your toilet, but your pipes, bathtub, and laundry room drain.
We had a customer call after hours that there was a back up. Their children clogged it with toilet paper that clogged deeper down the drain line towards the street. In turn, it backed up sewage water in all of the openings in the surrounding area, tub, toilet, and laundry drain in the garage. It affected the surrounding areas including the vanity area, family room, bedroom, hallway, and two closets. Tile floor in all rooms allowed the water to spread to the walls and seep into the carpet of the bedroom.
Our techs were dispatched at 8:30 PM to extract water from all areas (including the tub/toilet) before wiping down the tile, tub, and toilet. Before we left, we set up our drying equipment to expedite the process.
